Like you, every piece of jewelry is unique. Pieces that are very intricate may take longer to make. Pieces that are very small will lots of detail will also take longer to make. However, most pieces are ready for pick-up within 2-3 weeks. 

Yes! In fact, exchanging old jewelry is the best way to get a discount on new jewelry you love. If you have any questions on whether your jewelry is eligible for exchange, bring your items in person.

Yes! We buy many precious metals including (but not limited to): gold, silver, platinum & palladium. These don't always have to be in jewelry format (we buy scrap) and unrefined or unprocessed metals.
